This morning I have driven though the roadworks on the M1 Between Northampton and Rugby. Zooming along at 5 miles and hour
I began to think about those who dream up theses roadworks and ask myself if they even think about the poor soles who have to
drive through them at peak times.
The section on the M1 the lanes are so narrow that in an Artic it is very difficult to stay in the allocated lane especially as
roadworks are so long. Concentrating in trying to stay in lane for almost 20 miles when the lane is no more than a foot wider then
your truck! I can see why there are so many accidents in this section of works.
Typical incident this morning, I was in the inside lane and another truck was in the middle lane we were only doing 5-10 mph
but some fool in front of the other truck decided to pull into the outside lane but did not quite make it before the lane stopped,
the truck to my right pulled towards me , only by a couple of feet but did end up over my lane. If we had all of been traveling at 30-40
mph then it could have been an accident!
Think on that you roadworks people.
I don't suppose that it makes any difference to them even if they read my rants.

This is the second only 3 years after the first.
I have taken some time to do this as the technology has moved on a little.
I was originally dragging around my laptop and trying to wright it on the hoof. I am currently wrighting it on my Tablet (Samsung
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1) sitting in a mill thinking why don't the hurry up.
I have in the three years changed jobs a couple of times and I am now dragging around a bulker, and I love it.
My thought for the day is a biggy:
Why is this the only industry that expects to work more than 13 hours a day everyday?

As a thought for those of us who don't like paying for softwhare the why not try open officeI have been using it for quite a few years and have found it as good as ms office and in some respects better. It is more compatible with other programs than ms office.
This is a free web site for all to use and enjoy.
